Our policies help us ensure the quality of service and details about our scope of work. Please read to help sever you better, and efficiently.
Grant access: Client will give Contractor access to the inside of the house during appointed scheduled time and any additional mutually agreed upon times. If you choose not to be present during the cleaning, keys can be left in a specified safe area. If you have an alarm system at your home or office you can give instructions for entry to Bonsai Green Cleaning LLC management office. In the event that our team is unable to gain access to your home or office and you are not present (after making 2 attempts to contact you, and waiting 15 minutes), a cancellation fee of $40 will be charged to you.
Cleaning equipment: The Contractor in performance of this agreement will use their own natural handmade ecofriendly cleaning products (multipurpose sanitizing/ disinfectant spray, aromatherapy room purifier spray) and equipment, unless directed to use the clients provided cleaning supplies. Bonsai Green Cleaning LLC hand makes all special sanitizing spray and aromatherapy spray to ensure our product are 100% natural chemical free.
Employees: All of our employees are covered under our worker’s liability insurance and bond. Our employees go through full background checks. This includes a nationwide background check, drug screening and reference check. Each employee is trained and equipped with the knowledge of how to pay attention to details, and cross contamination while always using 100% special homemade eco-friendly cleaning products, when refreshing your home. An inspection of cleaning with our cleaning checklist is done at the end of each cleaning to ensure our standards and your satisfaction.
Refunds: 100% satisfaction is our Guarantee. Any task performed during your cleaning, which was not completed to your satisfaction, contact our office immediately. We will return to clean the unsatisfied area at no additional cost to you. There are no refunds for gift certificate purchases
Arrival Window/ time: If you wish to be present during the cleaning, please know that we provide arrival windows. Your cleaning team will arrive anytime within your scheduled arrival window. We do our best to meet the cleaning time scheduled, but traffic and other clients may affect our arrival time. If your scheduled cleaner is going to be late we will notify you immediately. Arrangements are to be made by client during booking for us to gain access to your home within your scheduled arrival window. In the event our team is unable to gain access and you are not present, to cancel or reschedule your visit, a cancellation fee of $40 will be charged.
Cancellations/Rescheduling: We require at least 2 business day notice for the cancellation and or rescheduling of any scheduled appointment. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling with less than 2 business day notice, a cancellation fee of $30 will be assessed.
Client’s Valuables: Bonsai Green Cleaning always takes extra care of your belongings when cleaning. If you have valuables or heirlooms, including but not limited to any irreplaceable, collectable or expensive objects, it’s preferred that these items are secured and put away temporarily to avoid potential accidents. You are responsible for letting us know of any valuables that you prefer we not clean or handle.
Broken/Damaged Items: Bonsai Green cleaning is bonded and insured. Ask our office for details on insurance limits. In the event that any items are breakage/loss occurred. Notification must be made within 48 hours of service.
Tipping: We appreciate all tips. Tips can be paid through credit cards, cash, cash app, apple pay.
Privacy: Bonsai Green Cleaning LLC takes privacy very seriously. We at no time will share any customer information with ANY outside source.
