  • When will Bonsai Green Cleaning arrive?
    Your cleaning team will arrive anytime within your scheduled arrival window. We do our best to meet the cleaning time scheduled, but traffic and other clients may affect our arrival time. If your scheduled cleaner is going to be late we will notify you immediately. Arrangements are to be made by the client during booking for us to gain access to your home within your scheduled arrival window. In the event, our team is unable to gain access and you are not present, to cancel or reschedule your visit, a cancellation fee of $40 will be charged.
  • How long does cleaning services take?
    The length of the job is based on what type of service is required by the customer.
  • How many people will be at my home?
    Our green cleaning team ranges from 2-3 personnel based on the scope of the service.
  • What if my regular cleaning schedule falls on a holiday?
    If you’re scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday that Bonsai Green Cleaning observes, we will contact you before your scheduled cleaning to reschedule. Thank you for your flexibility.
  • Why trust us?
    The safety of our customers and staff is our top priority we assure that we are exceeding the sanitary steps and strict cleaning procedures that we have always taken in being proactive against the spread of germs. Bonsai Green Cleaning LLC takes privacy very seriously. We at no time will share any customer information with ANY outside source.
  • Are you bonded and insured?
    Employees: All of our employees are covered under our worker’s liability insurance and bond. Our employees go through full background checks. This includes a nationwide background check, drug screening, and reference check.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
  • How do I pay for services?
    Payments are due upon booking cleaning service, via credit card payments. we accept payment through Cash App: Bonsai Green Cleaning (301)458-0897 Paypal. Or online through our payment processor. Once payment is received you will receive your final booking confirmation.
  • Do I need to tip the cleaning team?
    We appreciate all tips. Tips can be paid through credit cards, cash, cash app, apple pay.
  • Do you offer packages?
    Yes. we offer customizable packages that cover a wide range of cleaning needs in your home and office.
  • What are your rates?
    Our rates and prices are based on the different factors that help the team understand. Get a free estimate here.

    Fill out your free estimate online, call, or text. Choose your package and add on services if needed. Receive your payment confirmation.
  • What don't you clean?
    Our Cleaning Staff DOES NOT: ​ ❌ Clean or remove blood or any bodily fluids, pet feces, fire or water damage, or mold. ❌ Bonsai Green Cleaning LLC reserves the right to refuse to service a home with ANY insect infestation, and mice infestations (including seasonal). In the event that an infestation is identified, the cleaning staff will leave the property. You will be contacted immediately and charged a cancellation fee. ❌ Clean the interior of curio cabinets (will only feather dust exterior) ❌ Empty diaper pales ❌ Clean Chandeliers ❌ Wash walls (we spot clean only) ❌ Clean exterior of windows ❌ Remove Paint ❌ Clean areas above the reach of our 3ft step ladder ❌ Move or lift items over 20lbs
  • How do I prepare for the cleaning team?
    Be sure to temporarily move items out of the way, to keep a visible surface. Put items away that can be easily broken, clutter, extra trash, knickknacks, move couches, chairs, and furniture forward. Move-in and move-out cleanings: all rooms are required to be empty of all furniture and items. If having to move or discard bulk trash items and excessive clutter, an additional fee will be charged. ​
  • What do I do if a spot is missed?
    After each cleaning is completed, an inspection of cleaning is done after each cleaning. Any task performed during your cleaning, which was not completed to your satisfaction, contact our office immediately. We will return to clean the unsatisfied area at no additional cost to you. There are no refunds for gift certificate purchases.
  • Whom do I call if something is broken?
    Bonsai Green Cleaning is bonded and insured. Ask our office for details on insurance limits. In the event that any items are breakage/loss occurred. Notification must be made within 48 hours of service.
